Step 1
In a large bowl combine the keto friendly dry ingredients: almond flour, vanilla whey protein, oat fiber, xanthan gum, baking powder, sea salt, and granular sugar substitute.
Step 2
In a second bowl combine the low carb wet ingredients: eggs, melted butter, warm water, cream cheese, and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and fold them together using a spatula until a sticky dough forms. Chill the gluten free cinnamon roll dough in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Next transfer the keto friendly dough onto a sheet pan lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Spread the mixture out then place a piece of parchment paper on top and press out the low carb dough until it is evenly spread out covering almost the entire pan.
Step 6
Evenly cover the keto cinnamon roll dough with a layer of cinnamon powder and then drizzle on the sugar free honey. Gently spread out the keto honey and then lift up the one side of the silicone mat and begin tightly rolling the dough into a long cylinder. Chill the roll for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Grease a baking dish with non stick cooking spray.
Step 8
Cut the cinnamon roll dough into 12 even pieces and place them in the dish with about an inch of space in between each. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°F.
Step 9
While the low carb cinnamon rolls are baking, Mix cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add in vanilla extract and mix. Blend in powdered sugar substitute until combined.
Step 10
Once the cinnamon rolls are baked let the rolls rest for 5 minutes and then evenly drizzle on the icing and serve.
