Kyrgyzstan Apple Cake

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Line the bottom of a 8 inch round cake pan with some parchment paper

Step 3

Peel and thinly slice the apples and place in a bowl

Step 4

Add in the sugar and mix well

Step 5

Add in the beaten eggs and flour and mix all together

Step 6

Pour the batter into the cake pan.

Step 7

Bake about 30-35 minutes or until a test pick comes out clean

Step 8

Sprinkle with some powdered sugar and serve warm

Step 9
