Preheat the oven to 180C
Step 2
Put the liver and egg in a blender or food processor. Whizz until smooth.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine the flour and blender mixture until well mixed.
Step 4
Transfer to a lined baking tin.
Step 5
Cook in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
Step 6
Leave to cool and then slice up into bite sized treats.
