Step 1
Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Keep mixing and turning the cauliflower pieces over until they are all completely coated with the oil and spices.
Step 2
Place the coated cauliflower pieces onto a large baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake at 180C/350F for 15 minutes, or until cooked.
Step 4
OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with grated/shredded parmesan before baking for some added crunch! (this would stop it from being Paleo or dairy free).
