Dough will spread out so keep cookies 2-3 inches apart. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 3 dozen depending on size you make them. Once cooled add maple frosting below.

Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil in a saucepan on top of the stove. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove and add maple extract and powdered sugar. Stir. Frost or drizzle over cookies.
