Miami Beach Birthday Cake

Directions: Melt 1/3 cup of the chocolate chips & set aside for cake mix. Grease & flour pans. Combine graham cracker crumbs & 1/3 cup melted butter. Add pecans & 2/3 cup chocolate chips. Set aside for topping. Combine flour, baking soda & salt. Cream butter. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add one egg at a time. Beat well. Blend in melted chocolate chips & vanilla. Add dry ingredients, alternating with buttermilk. Turn into pans. Sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake 30-40 minutes at Cool and then frost middle, sides and edges of top with whipped cream.
