Combine all the ingredients except the pie crust in the bowl of a food processor and process until thick and smooth.

4 When cheesecake is done. Spoon the blueberry topping on top evenly. Return to the oven, with the oven turned off. Allow the cheesecake to sit in the oven until the oven is completely cool, the place in the refrigerator over night.
