Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Step 3

Arrange the bacon strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4

Roast on middle rack of oven until bacon is a deep brown and sizzling, 20-25 minutes. (Cook time will vary depending on thickness of bacon.)

Step 5

Check to see that bacon is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.

Step 6

Allow the bacon to cool slightly before serving.
