Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grease bottom only of 13×9 inch pan with shortening.

Step 3

Stir brownie mix, water, cannabutter, and eggs in large bowl until well blended.

Step 4

Pour into prepared pan.

Step 5

Sprinkle crumbled cookies over batter.

Step 6

Bake 28 to 30 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 7

Stir together powdered sugar and milk smooth and thin enough to drizzle.Drizzle over brownies.

Step 8

Store covered at room temperature.
