Step 1

In a single-serve jar, add the greek yogurt and protein powder and mix well to combine. You want to mix the powder into the yogurt so no large clumps remain. Then add the almond milk and mix again.

Step 2

Add the oats, chia seeds, and sea salt to the jar and stir to coat the oats.

Step 3

Swirl the almond extract into the base oats recipe. Place a lid on top of the jar and then transfer to the fridge to set overnight (or for at least 3 hours).

Step 4

Once set, stir in the frozen berries and enjoy!

Step 5

Swirl 1 Tbsp of strawberry jam and 1 Tbsp peanut butter into the base oats recipe. Place a lid on top of the jar and then transfer to the fridge to set overnight (or for at least 3 hours).

Step 6

Once set, stir the remaining 2 Tbsp strawberry jam and 1 Tbsp peanut butter. Top with banana slices and enjoy!

Step 7

Stir the cocoa powder and 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chip into the base oats recipe. Place a lid on top of the jar and then transfer to the fridge to set overnight (or for at least 3 hours).

Step 8

Once set, stir the remaining mini chocolate chips, and enjoy!
