Peanut Butter Banana Protein Overnight Oats

c rolled oats (regular or gluten free)

banana (sliced)

almond milk (or milk of choice)

T chia seeds

- 1 T protein powder

tsp pure vanilla extract

maple syrup

sea salt

Combine oats, chia seeds, maple, peanut butter, vanilla, protein powder, and salt and stir to combine.

Add in milk and stir.

Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least for about 4 hours. Add sliced bananas just before serving.

With protein overnight oats you can have your oatmeal and get your protein in! Each serving has over 20 grams of protein! 

old fashioned oats (not instant)

vanilla almond milk or water

vanilla protein powder

Tablespoon chia seeds

vanilla extract

cinnamon

toppings: berries, sliced almonds, almond butter (for topping)

Combine all ingredients except the toppings in a small container, seal with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.

Bring out of the fridge in the morning and stir. You&#8217;ll notice that the protein powder, oats and chia seeds soak up a lot of the liquid so you may want to add a little more almond milk or water before serving.

Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy. I love berries and sliced almonds or almond butter.

I tried the recipe as is &amp; it turned out great! Will be making again for sure! I might add a spoonful of peanut butter or cut up some bananas..

I’m a fan of the ingredients, so I thought these would taste great. I followed the recipe to a T and yet 24 hours later, the (steel cut) oats are barely edible and there is way too much liquid (almond milk).
I would look for a different recipe next time.

This is my go-to overnight oats recipe. I know there are alot of recipes out there but this one is perfect every.single.time. It's the perfect proportion of every ingredient and then you can top it with whatever fruit you like! Highly recommend.

Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl or to a large jar and mix together to combine.

Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge to set it overnight.

Add all the dry ingredients to a meal-prep jar or small bowl: oats, chia seeds, protein powder, salt. If you&#39;re adding cinnamon or nutmeg, now is the time.

Add liquid ingredients.

Add the milk and water to the oat mixture. If you&#39;re adding any extra liquid ingredients (maple syrup, honey, lemon or orange zest, vanilla extract, etc.), now is the time to add one or a few of these ingredients.

Stir.

Stir all the ingredients together with a fork until well combined.

Secure lid, refrigerate 4 hours.

Secure a lid on the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. As the oats rest in the fridge, the mixture will thicken.

High Protein Overnight Oats Without Yogurt

These Strawberry Protein Overnight Oats are the easiest breakfast prep ever! You need just 5 minutes to mix everything together and the fridge does all the magic. Each serving has 33g of protein!

Strawberry Protein Overnight Oats with Greek Yogurt (High Protein)

plain Greek yogurt (120 grams) ()

milk almond

old fashioned oats (30 grams)

Tbsp vanilla protein powder (15 grams)

tsp chia seeds (optional)

liquid

tsp vanilla extract (optional)

tsp strawberry extract (optional)

strawberries

Tbsp strawberry preserves (17 grams) (I used reduced suagr)

To a mason jar, meal prep container or bowl, add all the ingredients (except the strawberries and strawberry preserves) and mix very well until combined.

Add the strawberries and strawberry preserves and give it a good stir 2-3 times without overly mixing.

Cover with a lid or saran wrap and place in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. For best, creamist results, let sit for at least 8 hours.

Strawberry Protein Overnight Oats🍓

Make high protein overnight oats 3 ways with simple ingredients and just a few minutes for breakfasts you&#039;ll look forward to all week!

Overnight Protein Oats

greek yogurt

tsp chia seeds

almond extract (sub. vanilla extract)

berries

Tbsp strawberry jam (see notes for homemade recipe)

banana

cocoa powder

Tbsp mini chocolate chips

In a single-serve jar, add the greek yogurt and protein powder and mix well to combine. You want to mix the powder into the yogurt so no large clumps remain. Then add the almond milk and mix again.

Add the oats, chia seeds, and sea salt to the jar and stir to coat the oats.

For the base oats

Swirl

Swirl the almond extract into the base oats recipe. Place a lid on top of the jar and then transfer to the fridge to set overnight (or for at least 3 hours).

Stir

Once set, stir in the frozen berries and enjoy!

Triple berry oats

Swirl 1 Tbsp of strawberry jam and 1 Tbsp peanut butter into the base oats recipe. Place a lid on top of the jar and then transfer to the fridge to set overnight (or for at least 3 hours).

Combine

Once set, stir the remaining 2 Tbsp strawberry jam and 1 Tbsp peanut butter. Top with banana slices and enjoy!

Peanut butter, banana, and jelly oats

Stir the cocoa powder and 1 Tbsp mini chocolate chip into the base oats recipe. Place a lid on top of the jar and then transfer to the fridge to set overnight (or for at least 3 hours).

Once set, stir the remaining mini chocolate chips, and enjoy!

Double chocolate oats

Wow! Super easy, super yummy and packed with protien! 
I make them on sunday and I am set for the week!

This recipe is so inspiring it gets me out of bed in the morning.

plain greek yogurt (I used non fat)

maple syrup (or honey (optional))

Add in the milk, yogurt, and syrup/honey (if using). Top with the lid and shake vigorously, or stir with a whisk/fork.

How are the calories calculated? I plugged this recipe into Cronometer and it was 645. That’s with omitting the syrup and subbing the milk with lower cal almond milk.

This is delicious! My first time making and eating overnight oats. I used fat free Toasted Coconut Vanilla Greek Yogurt and added a tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut!

Delicious!  I put in one scoop of PB2 chocolate peanut butter powder instead of the protein pot.
