Wake up to a hearty, protein packed breakfast with these Peanut Butter Banana Protein Overnight Oats. Freshly sliced bananas, peanut butter, oats and all the goodness make this breakfast the fuel you need to keep on going all morning!

Peanut Butter Banana Protein Overnight Oats

c rolled oats (regular or gluten free)

banana (sliced)

almond milk (or milk of choice)

T chia seeds

- 1 T protein powder

tsp pure vanilla extract

maple syrup

sea salt

Combine oats, chia seeds, maple, peanut butter, vanilla, protein powder, and salt and stir to combine.

Add in milk and stir.

Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least for about 4 hours. Add sliced bananas just before serving.

Protein Overnight Oats

With protein overnight oats you can have your oatmeal and get your protein in! Each serving has over 20 grams of protein! 

old fashioned oats (not instant)

vanilla almond milk or water

vanilla protein powder

Tablespoon chia seeds

vanilla extract

cinnamon

toppings: berries, sliced almonds, almond butter (for topping)

Combine all ingredients except the toppings in a small container, seal with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.

Bring out of the fridge in the morning and stir. You&#8217;ll notice that the protein powder, oats and chia seeds soak up a lot of the liquid so you may want to add a little more almond milk or water before serving.

Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy. I love berries and sliced almonds or almond butter.

I tried the recipe as is &amp; it turned out great! Will be making again for sure! I might add a spoonful of peanut butter or cut up some bananas..

I’m a fan of the ingredients, so I thought these would taste great. I followed the recipe to a T and yet 24 hours later, the (steel cut) oats are barely edible and there is way too much liquid (almond milk).
I would look for a different recipe next time.

This is my go-to overnight oats recipe. I know there are alot of recipes out there but this one is perfect every.single.time. It's the perfect proportion of every ingredient and then you can top it with whatever fruit you like! Highly recommend.

Eating Bird Food - Protein Overnight Oats

These yummy Protein Overnight Oats are healthy, delicious and packed with 27 grams of protein per serving! They're easy to make and perfect for a nourishing breakfast that can be enjoyed at home or on the go.

oats

tbsp chia seeds

protein powder (I use Sprout Living.)

tsp salt

Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp honey (can sub maple syrup)

oat milk (can sub almond milk)

Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl or to a large jar and mix together to combine.

Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge to set it overnight.

Remove the overnight oats in the morning and enjoy them as is or with your favourite toppings!

Made these last night for breakfast this morning and they were delicious! added some peanut butter and bananas on top, so good!
