To CookPut the finely chopped chives into a small bowl and crack an egg into it. Mix well, then add a punch of salt and pepper. Cut the tofu into 1.5cm thick, 4cm wide slices. Coat the tofu slices with corn starch and then dip it into chive and egg mixture.Heat up the pan and pour some oil into it. Lay the slices one by one and fry until both sides are golden brown.Mix all the seasonings in a small dipping bowl and serve with the fried tofu.
