Step 1

To prepare this delicious snack recipe, first, take a medium sized bowl and sift flour in it. Then, add milk and stir until there are no lumps. Now, add melted butter in the bowl. Make sure that the butter is not froth. Whisk the mixture well to make a smooth batter. Once done, divide the batter in 8 equal portions.

Step 2

Now, take a large sized pan and place it on medium flame. Then, add 1 teaspoon of oil in it and let it heat. Now, take 1 portion of the batter and pour it on the pan. Then, roll the pan to spread the batter over it evenly. Cook the pancake until the underside is lightly coloured. Likewise, make pancakes from the remaining portions and keep aside.

Step 3

Next, take a large sized saucepan and place it on low flame. Then, add tamarind pulp along with 120 ml water in it. Let it broil and simmer until reduced to a quarter. Keep checking occasionally.

Step 4

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. For that, take a medium sized frying pan and place it on medium flame. Then, add ghee along with chopped onions, ginger, curry leaves, garlic in it. Saute for a while until the onions become soft. Now, add green chillies and stir for a few seconds. Then, add the minced chicken to the pan and stir-fry until cooked completely. Make sure that the minced chicken is moist and not dry.

Step 5

Now, check if the tamarind paste is prepared (step 3). If it has cooked completely then, add it in the chicken mixture and stir. Also, add pepper, cinnamon powder, cardamom, clove powder, salt in it and mix well. Now, turn of the flame and add cheese and parsley in it. Mix well and adjust the seasoning. In case the tamarind paste has not cooked completely, then you may cook it for another 5 minutes and then add it with spices.

Step 6

Next, take 1 pancake (stepand place it on a clean and dry surface. Then, spread some prepared filling (step 4 and over it in the middle. Now, fold the edges and make a roll from it. Dip the roll in the beaten eggs and then dab it evenly with the bread crumbs. Keep it aside and similarly do the same with remaining pancakes.

Step 7

Now, take a medium sized frying pan and place it on medium flame. Then, pour oil in it and let it heat. Once the oil is heated, shallow fry the rolls(step in it until golden brown and crisp.

Step 8

Lastly, place a paper doily on the serving platter. Then, neatly arrange the pan rolls on it and serve hot with your favorite dip.
