Step 1
Najprije umutite smjesu za knedle (neka ne bude pregusta ni prerijetka) i ostavite ju sa strane dok pripremate ostalo (jako je važno kod knedla da ih ne stavljate u juhu odmah čim ste ih zamutili (jer onda neće biti tako lijepo mekane) nego da pričekate barem 15-20 min.).

Korijenje (mrkva, celer, peršin i pastrnjak) očistite i naribajte, a stabljiku celera narežite na kolutove. Sve zajedno prodinstajte 10-ak minuta na malo ulja i malo vode uz dodatak Vegete.

Nakon toga dodajte pasirani paradajz i vodu.

Kad juha zavri, žličicom pravite knedle i sipajte ih u juhu. Dodajte i sitno nasjeckano lišće peršina i celera i ostale začine po želji i ukusu. Kad knedle isplivaju na površinu, kuhajte sve zajedno još 2-3 minute, isključite peć i dodajte žlicu maslinovog ulja.
