Step 1

Take your favourite nuts and place them in a large roasting tin.  Roast for ten minutes until they are golden brown and smell fragrant. Leave them to cool for five minutes.

Step 2

Carefully transfer the nuts to the mixing bowl and blend 1 Min. / Speed Scrape down using spatula then blend again 30 Sec. / Speed Repeat this scraping down and blending two more times.

Step 3

You should now have a creamy butter. If not, repeat the step again.

Step 4

Add the salt and blend again 5 Sec. / Speed 8.

Step 5

Transfer into jam jars and enjoy!
