In a blender, combine the milk and dates, let sit 5-10 minutes. Add the bananas, oats, peanut butter, hemp seeds/flax (if using), and a pinch of sea salt. Blend until smooth. If desired, add ice. In a glass jar filled with ice, combine the espresso and vanilla. Shake vigorously for 1 minute. Pour into a glass. Pour over the shake. Stir to combine. Top with a drizzle of peanut butter, shaved chocolate, and sea salt. Enjoy!
