Step 1
Marinate the chicken in a bowl refrigerating for at least 2 Hours or until the next day.

On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Roast, set the time to 45 Minutes and the temperature 395˚F (200˚C). Press Start.

Once the Add Food message appears, open the basket, rub the chicken with dark soy sauce and place it in the basket.
Step 4
When required, make sure to check food temperature using a thermometer.
Step 5
When the time is up, remove carefully and serve.
Step 6
Serve with fried potatoes made in the fryer and Creole chili pepper.
