Step 1

Preheat your oven at 500 F with the Baking Steel on the top rack for one hour

Step 2

Divide the dough into 2 equal portions and let rest for a minimum of 2 hours. This dough is going to be difficult to stretch by hand

Step 3

Stretch out the dough into a round and place on your lightly dusted with flour pizza peel.

Step 4

Distribute the tomato sauce over the top. Place cheese on next followed by the thinly sliced jalapeño. Launch.

Step 5

Launch pizza onto your Baking Steel and bake for 5-7 minutes. Midway through the bake, open oven and rotate.

Step 6

Remove and serve it hot.
