For the chicken:

Prepare your grill and bring the temperature up to 375 F. If your grill does not have a thermometer, strive for even, medium-high heat.

Sprinkle Rodney's Rib Rub all over the chicken, covering evenly but don't rub in.

Place the chicken on the grill and close the cover. Cook on each side for about 6 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 F. Remove from the grill and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving with the white barbecue sauce.
