Dans un grand bol, mélanger au fouet tous les ingrédients, sauf les concombres. Saler et poivrer.

À l’aide d’un coupe-spirales, tailler les concombres en rubans, puis les couper en cinq de manière à les raccourcir.

Au moment de servir, ajouter les concombres à la vinaigrette et bien mélanger. Servir aussitôt. Délicieux avec du tofu, un poisson grillé ou des brochettes satay.
