Step 1

Bake the chips in oven, air-fry or deep fry according to packet instructions, until crispy golden. Or you can also add homemade potato chips.

Step 2

Add all the spice ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and set it aside.

Step 3

Heat the large wok or pan into medium heat. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil and saute the onion for few seconds.

Step 4

Follow with the garlic saute for another 1 minute, then add the dried red chilli flakes.

Step 5

Stir in the bell pepper slices then place the fried chips and sprinkle with the seasoning masala spice mixture. Toss well to combine everything evenly.

Step 6

Turn off the heat and sprinkle chopped coriander and chilli slices. Transfer to serving plate and serve immediately while hot.
