Step 1
Boil 2 dl (1 cup) of water and dissolve 4 tablespoons of salt in it. Turn off the heat.
Step 2
Pour the almonds into the water and let them soak for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the water from the almonds. Place the almonds in an even layer on an oven tray/pan lined with baking paper.
Step 4
Sprinkle the almonds with some extra salt and bake them at 150 C (300 F) for about 20 minutes.
