Step 1
Label your freezer bags with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions, and “use-by” date. (Three months from when you prepped the meal.)
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and spices. Pour into freezer bag with the chicken breast.
Step 3
Carefully remove as much air as possible, seal and freeze for up to three months.
Step 4
Defrost and shake the bag up to evenly coat the chicken breast with the oil and spices.
Step 5
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the chicken breasts on the pan(s) in a single layer.
Step 6
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Step 7
Optional: Broil for 3-5 minutes to get a golden result.
