Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with vegetable spray.
Combine the cream cheese and broth or milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir with a whisk until very smooth.
Arrange pierogies in a single layer in the baking dish and pour the cream cheese mixture over them.
Sprinkle the pierogies with cheese, and then the bacon. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pierogies are warmed through. Sprinkle the green onions over the top to garnish before serving.
