Ingredients: 2 tbsp light mayonnaise (check label for Keto); 2 tbsp fat free plain Greek yogurt (full fat for Keto); 2 tbsp fresh chopped scallion; salt and fresh pepper

Ranch

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and serve.

Keeps refrigerated for about 2 days.

I used more Greek Yogurt and added about 1 tsp of XVOO (extra virgin olive oil) in place of the mayonnaise.  I rarely have scallions on hand, so I used a little onion powder (maybe 1/2 tsp?), and I added a little dried parsley for color.  It tasted pretty good to us.  Fat-free or not, mayonnaise gives me the willies!
