Step 1

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat.  Break it up as it cooked.  Cook for 5-7 minutes until the beef is browned and cooked through.  Drain off any excess grease.

Step 2

Add the beef to the crock pot.

Step 3

Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Step 4

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Step 5

Remove the bay leaf and serve over spaghetti with your desired toppings.  Enjoy!
