Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk; 1 large overripe sliced frozen banana; 1/4 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed; 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1 tsp ground flaxseed (optional); 1 pitted Medjool date, for etra sweetness (or 5 drops liquid stevia, maple syrup, etc.)

A deliciously creamy smoothie made with chickpeas that tastes just like a snickerdoodle cookie! Sip on this healthy high-protein Snickerdoodle Chickpea Smoothie for a balanced breakfast or post-workout treat.

Medjool date,

Place all ingredients in a blender (I used my Nutribullet) until smooth and creamy. Add a handful of spinach for extra nutrition!

I love this smoothie. I add 2 cups of spinach and 1/2 c plain kefir.  I've had it for breakfast every day this week!

I made this with our farm fresh milk. I froze the chickpeas + banana and added oats I place of flaxseed: delicious!
