Step 1
Hull the strawberries by removing the green leafy tops using a small knife or a straw. Wash them 2-3 times with plenty of water to get rid of any dirt or sand. Shake off excess water or pat dry with a paper towel.

Cut the strawberries into halves or quarters for easy blending in the blender. Peel and slice the banana into chunks.
Step 3
Add the sliced strawberries and banana to your blender. Drizzle in honey, then pour in the milk. Blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Make a taste test and adjust the sweetness. If it’s not sweet enough, add a bit more honey and blend again.
Step 5
