Thermomix recipe: Strawberry Limeade

80 Grams raw caster sugar

250 Grams fresh strawberries, hulled

500 Grams filtered water

Prosecco (optional)

Place sugar and finely grated lime zest into Thermomix bowl and mill *20 sec/speed 10*.

Add quartered limes and strawberries and a little of the water. Chop *3 sec/speed 7.* Add some of the water through hole in lid and just combine. Allow to steep for about 5 minutes.

Strain out solids and return mixture to the bowl. Add remaining water and combine gently *3 sec/speed 3*

Dilute to taste with sparkling water or prosecco. Serve with ice and sliced strawberries to garnish.

Thermomix recipe: Lingonberry Limeade

80 Grams lingonberries, frozen

Litre filtered water

Place sugar and zest the limes into the Thermomix bowl and mill *20 sec/speed 10*.

Add quartered limes and lingonberries and a little of the water. Chop *3 sec/speed 7.* Add some of the water through hole in lid and just combine. Allow to steep for about 5 minutes.

Serve with ice, lime wedges and additional lingonberries to garnish.

Hull the strawberries by removing the green leafy tops using a small knife or a straw. Wash them 2-3 times with plenty of water to get rid of any dirt or sand. Shake off excess water or pat dry with a paper towel.
