Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Slice strawberries.

Step 3

Mix together next 2 ingredients.

Step 4

Spread out puff pastry and cut into equal rectangles (12 rectangles for serving size of 6).

Step 5

Spread cream cheese in the center of half the pastry rectangles, and place on a sheet pan. Then top with sliced strawberries, leaving a 1/2 inch border around each edge. Cover with plain pastry rectangle.

Step 6

Mix egg and water together. Use a pastry brush to brush along edges. Use fork to seal edges.

Step 7

Bake for 15 to 17 minutes.
