Step 1
Put two Coffee Filter packs in a pitcher. Add 4 cups of water and steep for 8 to 12 hours.
Step 2
Remove the filters and add 2 more cups of water. For each serving, fill a glass with ice. Drizzle two tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk over the ice. Pour 1 cup of cold brew coffee over the ice and serve.
