Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and chopped onion, breaking apart the beef and stirring regularly. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes, or until the beef is browned and the onion is soft and translucent. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the beef and onion mixture with sour cream, condensed cream of mushroom soup, corn, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Spread this mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Step 6
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the mixture. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.
Step 7
Bake for for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
