Minnesota Tater Tot Hot dish (or casserole) is an easy family favorite! A great ground beef dinner idea.

peas and carrots (mixed veggies)

pkg tater tots

onion

cheddar cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 350.

Put the diced onion in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and saute until ground beef is cooked and onions are translucent.&nbsp;

Grease a 9x13 pan.&nbsp;

Pour the cooked meat and onions into the 9x13 pan. Spread the veggies evenly over the top. &nbsp;Add the cheddar cheese. Spread the cream of mushroom soup over the veggies. Some people mix it here, some people don't. It's up to you.&nbsp;

Place the tater tots evenly on top of the mixture in straight lines. (It's okay if you're lazy and don't put them in straight lines, just make sure they're pretty even or they won't cook properly)

Bake for 1 hour. Check. If tater tots are not golden brown and the veggies are still crunchy, put in over for another 20 minutes.

Let cool and enjoy!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Spread the sloppy joe sauce on the bottom of a 9 by 13 baking dish.

Spread the mixed veggies on top.

Gently pour the water on the top.&nbsp;

Add the cheese to the top.&nbsp;

Top with tater tots.&nbsp;

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbling. Tip: to get the tater tots extra crispy and the cheese bubbling, turn the broiler on for the last 5 minutes, or so.&nbsp;

Preheat the oven to 375°. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Drain the excess fat.

Add the cream of mushroom soup, peas, carrots, corn and cheese, stir thoroughly.

Transfer the ground beef and vegetable mixture into a 8 x8 baking dish.

Top with the frozen tater tots.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

Remove from oven and serve warm.

Worcestershire Sauce

(32 ounces) frozen tater tots

sour cream

corn, drained

garlic powder

salt and pepper,

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and chopped onion, breaking apart the beef and stirring regularly. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes, or until the beef is browned and the onion is soft and translucent. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the beef and onion mixture with sour cream, condensed cream of mushroom soup, corn, and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Spread this mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the mixture. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the tater tots.

Bake for for 35-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
