Step 1
In a large bowl, start by mixing the following 2 cups of all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, sugar, baking powder, powdered milk, and salt. Then, add warm water. I recommend using warm milk for a softer dough.
Step 2
Mix them all together until it's smooth using your hands or a stand mixer. It'll be liquidly, but that's fine. Cover it, and let it sit in a warm place for 10-15 minutes until it becomes bubbly. You can cover it with a blanket or two.
Step 3
Once the 10 minutes are over, add 3 cups of all-purpose flour and the oil to the dough. Mix them well.
Step 4
Knead it for about 5-10 minutes. It will come together really quickly.
Step 5
Now, it's ready to use for anything your family asks for.
