This Ten Minute Multi-Use Dough recipe is so easy and quick. With ingredients from your pantry, you can make the tastiest, most delightful pizza, cinnamon rolls, manakeesh, cheese or zaatar fatayer, buns for sliders, and much more!

Ten Minute Multi-Use Dough

all-purpose flour

vegetable oil (corn oil, canola oil, or olive oil)

active dry yeast

sugar (¼ cup for sweeter dough)

milk

salt

warm water (or warm milk for softer dough)

baking powder

In a large bowl, start by mixing the following 2 cups of all-purpose flour, active dry yeast, sugar, baking powder, powdered milk, and salt. Then, add warm water. I recommend using warm milk for a softer dough.

Mix them all together until it&#39;s smooth using your hands or a stand mixer. It&#39;ll be liquidly, but that&#39;s fine. Cover it, and let it sit in a warm place for 10-15 minutes until it becomes bubbly. You can cover it with a blanket or two.

Once the 10 minutes are over, add 3 cups of all-purpose flour and the oil to the dough. Mix them well.

Knead it for about 5-10 minutes. It will come together really quickly.

Now, it&#39;s ready to use for anything your family asks for.

A week later I doubled the recipe and made another batch of the honeycomb bread, that's how much my family and myself enjoyed it. Super soft and delicious. The total amount of liquid used is 2 cups. It can be just water or a mixture of water and milk. If you're using milk, you can skip the powder.
