In a large skillet, melt 1/4 cup of butter over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and remaining butter until melted and smooth.
