Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C).

Step 2

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, then lightly whisk them individually.

Step 3

Then combine them and add salt, pepper, garlic powder and baking powder.

Step 4

Lightly coat larger muffin mold with butter or oil

Step 5

Arrange the chopped peppers, spinach and half of the cheese in the molds one by one, and pour the egg mixture into each slot.

Step 6

Place the remaining half of the cheese on top of egg bites and bake in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese turns golden brown.
