Step 1
Set your instant pot to the sauté setting and add your ground meat. Brown meat and add salt and pepper to season the meat. Then turn off sauté setting.
Step 2
Break your long spaghetti noodles in half then place them on top of the meat. *I recommend changing the direction of the noddles as you lay them down so they don't clump together.
Step 3
Pour your favorite spaghetti sauce jar overtop of the noodles. Then fill the spaghetti jar 1 1/2 times with water or broth and pour over the sauce. *You want the noodles to be completely covered in the water and sauce.
Step 4
Cover your instant pot and set it to high pressure for 12 minutes. When the pot beeps, use a quick release to open the instant pot.
Step 5
Pour in the (optional) heavy cream and mix into the spaghetti separating all the noodles and incorporating the meat all the way through.
Step 6
Garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy hot :)
