Step 1
Make a simple syrup (much like we made with our butterscotch moonshine recipe) on the stove by whisking together the water and sugar in a pot over medium heat. Cook until the sugar is dissolved. There is no need to boil.
Step 2
Once your simple syrup has cooled, you can whisk in the lemon juice and moonshine.
Step 3
You can transfer your mixture to mason jars to store or serve.
