Step 1
Place water, sugar, yeast, flour, salt, bread improver (optional) and oil into mixing bowl, then knead Dough /6 min.
Step 2
Transfer dough onto a lightly floured or oiled silicone bread mat or bowl and cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel. Leave to prove in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Divide dough into four portions, shape and place into bread tin. Cover and leave to prove in a warm place until dough reaches the top of the tin (see Tips). Then 10-15 minutes before baking, preheat oven to 180°C.
Step 4
Bake (180°C) until golden brown (approx. 25-35 minutes). Bread should sound hollow when tapped on the underside of loaf. Immediately remove loaf from tin and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Step 5
Once cool, slice and serve as desired (see Tips).
