Add the half moons of zucchini to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the zucchini is soft.

Add the bag of sweet potato gnocchi and 1 cup of frozen corn. Stir to combine and then cover for about 2-3 minutes.

Uncover and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Taste test one gnocchi to make sure it's warm all the way through.
