Battre ensemble 100 gr de sucre et 2 blancs d'oeufs.

Ajouter en pluie 50 gr de farine tamisée, 1 pincée de sel, 50 gr de beurre fondu et 50 gr d'amandes effilées.
Step 3
Sur une tôle beurrée et farinée, poser la pâte en petits tas espacés. Cuire à four chaud 5 mn environ (170°C). Détacher les gâteaux avec la pointe d'un couteau et tant qu'ils sont chauds les rouler sur le goulot d'une bouteille pour leur donner la forme de tuiles.
