Step 1
Sift the flour into a bowl. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add the sugar and after the yeast activates, add the rest of the ingredients, without the oil.

Mix and add it to the flour. Knead a soft dough.

When the dough starts to stick to your fingers, add the oil in parts and knead the dough.

Wrap the finished dough and leave it in a warm place to double its volume.

Divide the risen dough into equal sized balls. Roll out each ball into a thin crust. Spread each crust with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake until golden brown in a preheated oven.

Butter the flatbread and serve it with savory herb.
