Export 6 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Dice the chicken in about 1-inch pieces. Remove the bones if you are using chicken legs.
Step 2
Mix all the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Step 3
Put the diced chicken in the marinade, give it a good stir. Cover and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (overnight is the best).
Step 4
Soak wooden skewers for 1 hour so that they don’t burn in the oven.
Step 5
Preheat the oven at 400F/200C.
Step 6
Thread the chicken pieces on skewers.
Step 7
Place the chicken skewers on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. (Please see the note below).
Step 8
Bake them for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, flip them over and bake for another 10 minutes.
