To a bowl combine vegan cream cheese with lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh dill, dried chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

Step 2

Toast bagel and spread with vegan cream cheese mixture. To finish the sandwich top with arugula, sliced avocado and sliced tomatoes. For extra flavour sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Enjoy!
