Step 1

Preheat oven to 450F.

Step 2

Divide your pizza dough into 6 even pieces, and roll each into a long skinny snake (about 14-16").

Step 3

Wrap each hotdog with a piece of the dough, making sure to pinch the ends so that the dough does not unravel. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone liner.

Step 4

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and add in the baking soda.

Step 5

Boil each pretzel dog for about 30 seconds, until it floats and the dough appears firm. Repeat with all.

Step 6

Brush each pretzel dog with some of the melted coconut oil, and sprinkle on the salt.

Step 7

Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Enjoy!
