Take out the vegetable spring rolls pack from freezer

Pour enough oil in the kadhai for frying

Heat oil at medium flame & turn the flame to medium

Put spring rolls in the oil one by one

Deep fry for roughly 3 minutes/till light brown

Serve along with freshly made red chilli sauce that came with the pack

Preheat air fryer at 200 C for 10 minutes

Spray or brush oil on every spring roll piece

Put spring rolls in the air fryer basket

Insert the basket in air-fryer & set timer for 10 min

Take out the basket once after 5 min & toss the rolls and re-insert it for remaining time

Serve along with freshly made red chilli sauce that came with the pack
