Take out the bharwa karela pack from refrigerator

Fill the bhuna masala in deseeded & cleaned karela pieces

In a pan heat 3-4 teaspoon oil & add tadka packet content

Roast on low flame for 30 seconds
Step 5
Add stuffed karela pieces to it and let it cook for 10 min on medium flame with closed lid

After 10 min, remove the lid and cook again for 5 min on high flame & keep turning the pieces in between
Step 7
Serve along with bread of your choice

Take out and place on tissue paper if you want to remove some excess oil

Serve along with bread of your choice
