Step 1
In a shallow dish, beat egg and water. Place breadcrumbs in another shallow dish. Coat chicken in eggs, then coat in bread crumbs.
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil until hot. Sauté chicken 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center and coating is golden brown. Top each chicken breast with a slice of Muenster cheese, cover, and continue to cook 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Step 3
Meanwhile, to make the Parmesan Cream Sauce, in a small saucepan over low heat, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, salt and pepper; heat 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture thickens. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
