Export 5 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
If using a baguette, slice it in half lengthwise and cut to pieces to fit in dredging tray. Otherwise, slice the bread you’re using into thick slices.
Step 2
Pour vegetable stock into dredging tray. You’ll want about 1/4″ depth.
Step 3
Dip cut side of baguette pieces into tray for about 2 seconds, just enough time to get it wet but not enough to soak it.
Step 4
Once dipped, place all pieces, wet side up, onto a baking sheet.
Step 5
Sprinkle each piece with a hearty amount of garlic powder and garlic salt. Then top with parsley if using.
Step 6
Place baking sheet under broiler until tops are golden brown. Make sure you keep an eye on it though. I couldn’t tell you how often I’ve gotten distracted and set these freakin’ things on fire!
Step 7
Remove from oven, cut into smaller pieces if desired, and serve!
